Donation Based Community Yoga In the Park!

Join us for Sunday Yoga in the Park with partial proceeds going to local hunger relief! Class starts at 11 am (please be early if you are new so you can fill out a liability waiver). Reserve your mat space or just drop in! Location is 1913 Meeting Place, Orlando, Florida. Baldwin Park residents and friends. Suggested donation is $10-$20 for the one-hour, all-levels class under majestic trees and bright blue sky! Participants must be at least 12 years old and have the ability to easily move from the ground to standing. Bring a yoga blanket and a beverage.

My vision is to stay with my students as they discover the many benefits of a long-term yoga practice. I'm here to answer questions, to coach and offer a healthy community and new connections. Through me, you'll discover new modalities that support gut health, bone health and even mental health!
